Parental or guardian consent is necessary for solo travelers between 12 and and 18 years old who need accommodation at any of Wink-managed properties.  Travelers aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult or guardian (refer Consent Form B.) Multiple submissions are permitted, but only the latest version will be considered valid.
