Wink Capsule Hostel's reception operates daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with check-in starting at 3:00 PM. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, guests are advised to press the doorbell (located at level 2, beside the glass door) and wait for assistance.
To facilitate a smooth check-in process, it's recommended to complete the Guest Registration form 3 days before arrival.
