Each capsule pod comes with a personal locker. Your designated locker is located beneath or nearby your capsule pod. Some private rooms do not have personal lockers. As the name implies, these are private rooms with no outsiders allowed. Please check with reception if you are not sure which is your designated locker.
The average size of a typical locker is about 50cm x 50 cm x 100cm (height x width x depth). If your bag does not fit, you need to leave your extra luggage outside the room, or inside your pod. Hence you may consider keeping only the valuable items in the locker.
The locker is always in locked mode. To unlock it, simply follow this sequence:
Step 1: Press *
Step 2: Key in the 6-digit access PIN
Step 3: Press #
Additionally, certain capsule pods are also equipped with bedside lockers, providing you with added convenience and peace of mind during your stay.
