We are located from level 2 and up in a historical building along Mosque Street in the Chinatown precinct. Our full address is 8a, Mosque Street, Singapore 059488. This building has no elevator or escalator, it is only accessible by staircase. We are a non-smoking hostel. We also request our guests to remove their shoes and leave them in the shoe cabinets near the lobby area.

We have a no outside-shoe policy within the hostel premise. You may leave your shoes in the shoe cabinets in the lobby area.
Before your arrival, we will change your bed with a clean bedsheet, pillowcases, and blanket. Your bed and the room will be sanitized according to local guidelines.
Check-in starts at 3 pm. Should you arrive early, you can drop your luggage off with us as early as 9 am. Check-out is strictly before 11 am as we need the time to turn over the beds for the incoming guests. More check-in matter is available here.

The bathrooms are equipped with hot showers. Bath shampoo is available in each shower cubicle. Hair dryers are available in all the bathrooms. Toilet rolls and bidet sprays are also provided in most of the toilets.
If you need to iron your clothes, a garment steamer is available in the common area. Please check with reception if you are unsure or need help operating it.
We do have hot+warm+cold water dispensers installed in the kitchen area to fill up your bottle before heading out. A small microwave and fridge are also available in the kitchen area. No cooking is allowed due to fire safety measures. Only simple food reheating is permitted. We do seek your cooperation to clean up after using these facilities.
Singapore operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. We use a UK-standard power plug. You may need a universal power adaptor if your device is not UK standard. You may buy one from our receptionist.
Each capsule pod comes with a digital locker beneath your pod. You can use it to store your important items. Typically each of these lockers measures about 50cm x 50 cm x 100cm (height x width x depth). To open the locker, just tap the reader once with your room keycard.
The bedrooms are meant for sleeping and resting only. Should you need to talk on the phone or at work, kindly please do so in our common spaces.
Last but not least, please do your part by observing our house rules. Wink reserves the right to evict errant tenants. Any utilized payment would not be refunded.
